Founders Associate

What is Ano?

Your team chat is completely blind to your tools, your terminal, and your code. Ano is a collaborative shell that actually lives where you build. Channels, threads, DMs, the parts your team already knows by heart. But underneath, the engine is entirely new. Claude Code is built in. Your shell, your terminal, your CLI, and your MCP servers: all wired directly into the room. Hit a key, ask for what you need, and watch it work. It runs scripts, pulls data, and posts results right back to the channel. No context switching. No copy-paste. One bright, wide-awake room. Nothing left rotting between tabs.

What you’ll do

• Work directly with the founders on whatever the company needs that week.
• Take the projects no one else owns: ops, hiring funnel, vendor research, customer interviews, board prep, internal tooling.
• Translate a fuzzy problem into concrete next steps and a Notion doc someone can act on by Friday.
• Sit in on customer calls, take notes, ship the changes those calls demand.
• Grow into whatever role you’re best at after twelve to eighteen months.

What we’re looking for

• 2 to 5 years in a high-velocity environment: investing, consulting, ops at a startup, founder yourself.
• Owner brain. You can be told “figure this out” and come back two days later with the answer instead of more questions.
• Sharp written communication. Brevity over completeness.
• Comfortable in Notion, the browser DevTools, a SQL editor, and a CRM. None of them scare you.
• Bonus: you’ve used Claude Code in anger and have opinions about it.

How we work

• Stockholm office. Hybrid welcome, but this role benefits from being in the room.
• Six-week cycles, Shape Up flavored.
• Compensation: competitive salary plus meaningful equity. Pension, six weeks vacation, hardware budget, off-site twice a year.
